As an ambassador for the global City.ai community and Committee member of the IEEE Standards Association Catalina is committed to the deployment of technologies that transform the way we live, work and communicate. She is focused on raising awareness of the ethical uses of AI and on helping non-technologists understand how to use cognitive services to enhance their jobs. She is currently developing a methodology that engages employees in creating AI solutions that fit their business culture and processes and avoid unnecessary job displacement.
