AI is increasingly being applied to employee selection, engagement and performance management. However, with technologists, innovators and data scientists often taking the lead in these deployments, the complexities of human behaviour are often ignored or overlooked. Kiki reviews emerging employee-focused technologies and puts forward a convincing case that psychologists must be actively involved in their development and application.
Kiki is a business psychologist specialising in behavioural analytics, innovative psychometric assessment and personality theory. Her work combines psychological theory and practice with machine learning. She is also a Teaching Fellow in UCL Psychology and an Associate Lecturer at UCL Computer Science.
