Jeremy, the CTO and co-Funder of Headstart AI, is a third-time founder and self-taught programmer who has worked with Machine Learning for eight years. He initially learnt how to code through an interest in the games industry, running one of the world’s biggest Minecraft communities (LPMinecraft). Most recently he founded Omnigon Games where he and his team were making UemeU, an extremely ambitious ‘next generation’ sandbox game, which was acquired by Jagex in 2015.
Headstart is a machine learning platform that is disrupting recruitment by changing the way companies measure talent. Used by some of the world’s largest employers like Accenture and L’Oréal , they are on a mission to make recruitment more productive, engaging and inclusive by moving companies away from their over-emphasis on qualifications and experience, towards adopting a broader set of contextual psycho-graphic data that truly represents who a person is and what they are capable of.
